The paramedic explains that the visit is a prepaid well-being check.  

During the initial visit, the paramedic completes an assessment of the family member or friend.

The report includes any recommendations that may enable your parent(s) or other loved one(s) to continue to live independently as a preferred alternative to expensive and confining institutional housing (e.g., Assisted Living Facility – ALF).

Arrange a home visit well-being check on your Central Florida family member or friend for just $95.00. Provide us with their information below and we will arrange a home visit within one week of receiving your order. Please alert the family member or friend to the home visit in advance so the paramedic’s call to arrange the home visit date and time will be welcomed.
